Shipping
We know you are excited to receive your items! Our goal is to deliver your order well-packaged and in a timely manner.
- Most orders ship from our fulfillment facility in North Carolina within 5 business days of us receiving the order (the processing time) excluding pre-order items. Estimated timeframes for pre-orders can be found on the product description.
- Orders that include pre-order items will typically be split and fulfilled as items are available. We will only hold an order if the pre-order item will ship within two weeks of the order date.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on the service selected at checkout. Rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery zip code.

Shipping times listed under your shipping rate options reflect the number of days USPS or UPS estimates the package will be in transit once the order is shipped - this does not include order processing time.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.
- If there are any issues with your order once it ships (you don't receive it, tracking isn't updated, etc.), please contact USPS or UPS first. Unfortunately, we have no control over the package once USPS or UPS picks it up.
- While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, JN Store cannot be held responsible for conditions out of our control (weather, postal/shipping interruptions, customs, etc.).
- If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email us as soon as possible at web@josefnewgarden.com. Please note that it is your responsibility to double-check your order before you hit submit, therefore, we are not responsible if an order gets sent out before we get a chance to see your email.
