Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

  • Most orders ship from our fulfillment facility in North Carolina within 2-4 business days of us receiving the order (excluding holidays).

  • Orders that include pre-order items will be split and fulfilled as items are available.  We will not hold an order to wait on a pre-order item.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on the service selected at checkout.  Rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery zip code. 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.

  • If there are any issues with your order once it ships (you don't receive it, tracking isn't updated, etc.), please contact USPS or UPS first.  We have no control over the package once USPS or UPS picks it up. If you can't get anywhere, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, JN Store cannot be held responsible for conditions out of our control (weather, postal/shipping interruptions, customs, etc.).
